Staff was excellent and knowledgeable about everything I came in with, including past HRT and gender affirming care and how that interacts with my current birth control. Well-informed, kind, and excellent bedside manner. Annie the nurse practitioner was especially nice and took all of my concerns seriously. She was great at explaining things and talked to me like an actual person whereas other doctors have treated me like I'm stupid (partially due to my mental health conditions). Rating 4 because the staff had me go home after waiting 40 minutes and come back an hour and a half later, which was inconvenient, but the care was so good that I don't even mind that much.

Everyone that I interacted with at this location was very friendly and helpful vs. other locations. Elanor was amazing and very compassionate and informative.

This is my second appt. with them. All the staff are very professional. Knowledgeable. And caring. I appreciate how well they answered all my questions. I know I could get my female healthcare within my other network but PP are always the best. They always go above and beyond. It is worth going out of my way to go here. All staff were wonderful, reception to medical assistant to NP.

I am a patient at PPHP and new Rochelle staff was great. The manager is so rude. I believe her name is Jennifer. I have not went there yet & seen the same employees within a month or 2. What does that say about the manager? She’s just firing people left to right & no body has complained about her? You guys need to re evaluate your managers she’s horrible

I really appreciate the service I received here. Everything was explained clearly in detail. The staff was professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable.

I had an extremely frustrating experience at Planned Parenthood New Rochelle. My appointment was scheduled for 3:10, but I waited well over an hour without even being triaged. I had to briefly step out (literally 10 minutes) to pick up my daughter, and when I returned, the receptionist told me the doctor was getting ready to leave. This made no sense because right before I left, the doctor had just taken another patient in and was still with them when I got back. How is it that I waited over an hour without being seen, but in just 10 minutes, the doctor decided to leave after taking their time with only one patient? The staff was not accommodating in the slightest. I had to call out of work for this appointment, only to not be seen at all. Completely unprofessional and very disappointing.

Absolutely amazing facility! The staff are nice and welcoming! The doctors explain everything you need to know and answer any questions you have. I have never received such great care before by a medical facility in my entire life. I felt so safe and welcome here. Definitely would recommend this location.

I was excited that this facility took me in last minute for my implant. The manager Jennifer let me in after I told her my situation. The medical assistant Katrina held my hand the hold entire time, the atmosphere was extremely pleasant. And the doctor Iona was extremely gentle . Thank you team
